Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your order. Be sure to inspect your product upon arrival to ensure no damage is incurred during transportation. If there is any damage to your product, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. A proof of purchase (such as the original receipt or order number) is required to disburse a replacement or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your remaining unused item must be in the original packaging. Please mail your product to Raising Junior LLC, 1820 Avenue M, Brooklyn, NY 11230, United States.

Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email detailing the next steps. We cannot reimburse shipping fees (from the purchase, or the return).

Sale Items & Gifted Items

Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged. Items sent as gifts are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. See more about exchanges below.

Exchanges
